Shipping policy

Processing Times;

Please allow up to 2 business days before your order is shipped out. Sometimes we are not at the office and are unable to pack and ship out your order same day. 

Usually orders place by 2pm pst Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day.

Pick Up Orders:

Pick up orders take 1-2 days to process. If you need your order urgently text us, 909 217-2064 

Pick up orders must be picked up within 3 days. If they are not picked up within 3 days, the order will be canceled and store credit will be sent for the total cost of the order. We do not offer refunds.

Lost Orders: Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is scheduled to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact USPS for any updates on your package and/or put a claim in. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Leslie Pop LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please file a USPS Missing Mail report and contact us with your case number — we’ll happily assist and help you through the process 💌

Return To Sender Deliveries: We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery or not picked up by the customer from the postal office.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages must be claimed within 2 days in order to be resent back out. You must repay for shipping ($10) standard or ($20) express. If you do not want your order reshipped then it will result in store credit excluding the shipping cost.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
