Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 7 days to contact us if there is any issues. Once its been past 7 days since your order was delivered, we no longer are able to resolve the issue. You may be required to pay a shipping label invoice after the 7 days.
Gift cards and eBooks
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on eBooks or gift cards.
Exchanges
NO exchanges due to COVID-19 and MONKEYPOX. Please make sure you triple check your cart before checking out to insure you're ordering the correct items.
